Having once upon a time been a denizen of the corporate world for way, way more years that I care to remember, I really have to applaud Google for taking a bold step to make rewarding employees a truly sincere reward with less strings attached. And as far as I can tell, its new stock options plan does not look detrimental to shareholders.
