Sudden and Dramatic

Large Georgia home builder files Ch11 citing a "sudden and dramatic" decline in business. I'm the guy who has the wife who is a realtor, or realator as some people are apt incorrectly say. I get to steal a peak at the MLS which has tons of houses on the market but movement is slow. I still think panicked sellers will slash prices at the end of the summer.
