This may not be the news the buyers of all those Motorola calls in recent days were hoping for: Icahn loses effort to gain Motorola board seat. But it ain't over 'til the fat lady sings, so we'll see if Icahn has any more tricks up his sleeve since he will be holding on to his 3% stake, at least for the time being.
