I was going to write about the December Low Indicator but the Kirk Report beat me to the punch and saved me the time! Yes, it's still only the beginning of March, but take a look at the Kirk Report and keep the December Low Indicator in mind. Lucien Hooper, by the way, lived to the ripe old age of 92.
