Baidu.com Follow Up - Susquhanna Comment

SUSQ, which earlier in the week started coverage on the company with a positive rating, has noticed the news that Kingsoft received VC funding from JAFCO, one of the largest Japanese VC firms. SUSQ says the implications are 2 fold: That perhaps cultural challenges of China based BIDU's planned expansion into Japan may not stop BIDU from being successful. SUSQ however also notes that BIDU will need to invest enormous amounts of money and time to generate positive cash flows from Japan.
