Great News

I was thinking about how adjustable rate mortgage originations gained a massive head of steam in 2004, 2005 and much of 2006. So really, the good news is that by 2012 (adding one year for the foreclosure process on 5 year adjustables granted in 2006 that will adjust higher en masse in 2011) we'll perhaps be approaching the end of the housing crash. So that's great news... some time in the 2013 to 2018 time frame, when we finally get the 7 year adjustables out of the system, a bit of normalcy should return to the housing markets.... something to look forward to!
