Strong NYSE TICKS

1200+ not too long again. While the Nasdaq is sharply lagging the Dow performance, there is something to be said for the strong ticks today as buying is occurring in the broader market, not just among the Dow 30. We'll se what kind of momentum the bulls can maintain going into the close later into the afternoon.
