Don't be fooled by any realtor. This are very bad times for real estate. Gary Shilling, who was interview this video knows of what he speaks and called the real estate crumble a year before it happened....

I am literally half blind and don't see so well and at times will make the craziest typos. I think I was thinking about Case Shiller at that moment. But thanks for pointing out the error.
