The OPECers Are Reigning Themselves In

November OPECer production: 550k/bbls a day, or 28.8 mln barrels for the month. That's the lowest since May 2004. Clearly the average floor line of $60 has been drawn in the sand. WTI is trading just shy of $63 this afternoon.
